How booking works.

Simply choose the session length that fits your schedule and goals, from a focused 45-minute session to a comprehensive 120-minute massage. After selecting your session length, you'll complete a detailed intake form that guides the customization of your session.

The intake form allows you to specify your massage type preference (Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, or let the therapist decide), identify primary areas needing attention, and share your wellness goals. This personalized approach ensures you receive exactly the massage your body needs, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Sports Massage

Targeted pressure, stretching, and movement techniques designed for active bodies. Focuses on the muscle groups you use most in your sport, addressing both acute soreness and chronic patterns from repetitive movement. Sessions often incorporate dynamic stretching and mobility work that directly translates to better movement.

Deep Tissue Massage

Firm, sustained pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Excels at releasing chronic tension patterns, whether from desk work or long-term compensation from old injuries. Systematically addresses adhesions and restrictions that limit range of motion. Intense but shouldn't be unbearable.

Swedish Massage

A gentler approach focused on relaxation and stress relief through flowing strokes and moderate pressure. Promotes circulation, eases muscle tension, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Ideal for recovery days between intense training, managing anxiety, or improving sleep quality.

Blended Techniques

Most sessions naturally blend multiple approaches based on what your body needs that day. You don't need to choose between massage styles when booking. Your therapist will seamlessly integrate the most effective techniques for your current concerns. The intake form helps guide this, but the real work happens through skilled assessment during your session.
